About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer to join one of our cross-functional Agile teams. In this role, you’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of enterprise applications—from design to deployment—while helping shape the vision and roadmap for your team’s software solutions. You’ll lead by example, influence architecture decisions, and explore cutting-edge technologies that drive business excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with a strong foundation in enterprise application development.
  • Strong experience with Java, including Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Docker, REST, SOAP, and Hibernate.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and Large Language Models to optimize engineering workflows.
  • Solid understanding of RAG systems and autonomous agent-based architectures using proprietary or open-source AI models.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • AWS Certified Developer certification.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture, serverless technologies, AngularJS/Angular, Node.js, SQL, SQS, Confluent Kafka, Kong, and DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab, Maven, and SonarCloud.

  • Leading or contributing to the design and architecture of maintainable, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Evaluating and recommending technologies or approaches to solve complex business challenges.
  • Championing best practices in coding, testing, and Agile methodologies across the team.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline code, improve system efficiency, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contributing across the full technology stack to support team goals and career development.
  • Engaging in Agile ceremonies to support continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
