About The Position
SOTI is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET solutions to join their fast-paced, highly collaborative, and agile VPN team. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies, tackle complex projects, and contribute to building robust, scalable applications in a cross-platform environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for software architecture and design, capable of coordinating with a team while also working independently towards common goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related program
- 7-10 years of enterprise software development experience with proficiency in full-stack development
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, SOLID principles and software design patterns, and good debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of networking - IPV4, IPV6, network infrastructure
- Good understanding of DB concepts, data modeling, and storage with a well-known relational database, preferably SQL Server
- Good understanding of CICD tools and processes
- Good exposure to cloud infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills
- Experience in agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of OS internals and VPN protocols is a bonus

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional requirements, and translate those into specific technical tasks
- Guide team on cloud technologies and contribute toward compliance with cloud best practices
- Identify, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and overall impact
- Assist leads in execution and provide module-level leadership
- Ideate and collaborate with multiple product teams for cross-product integrations
- Identify, handle, and fix non-functional requirements related to performance and security
- Conduct technical interviews to hire promising talent for the organization
