About The Position

At Intelliforce, this role involves joining the CNMF DAT team to design and deliver custom applications that improve data visualization, workflow automation, and mission awareness for critical activities. You will work directly in customer spaces, take on hard problems, and build software that helps mission teams move faster and work smarter. This opportunity is for an engineer who likes ownership, variety, and direct customer impact, moving across analytics, data integration, UI development, and rapid solution delivery. You will often work with users in real time to figure out what they need and then build it fast. The work is dynamic, hands-on, and tied to real mission outcomes. Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Demonstrated development proficiency in both Python and JavaScript for building full-stack web applications and analytics
  • Proficiency in querying and manipulating data from enterprise databases and repositories
  • Strong experience developing and working on Linux-based platforms
  • Familiarity with Git for day-to-day development workflows
  • Strong desire to work directly on-site in customer spaces, collaborate closely with users, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-assisted software development or engineering workflows
  • Proficiency with agentic AI harnesses and frameworks
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
  • Service containerization and orchestration experience using Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

  • Write scripts and analytics that turn unclear questions into usable answers
  • Query, aggregate, and manipulate data from disparate corporate data sources
  • Build modern user interfaces and visualizations that improve customer workflows
  • Meet directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate quickly
  • Design and deliver custom applications that support mission-critical activities
  • Collaborate with other DAT teams to share expertise and improve tooling across the mission space
