Role Overview: Shape how millions of customer interactions are routed in real time by building and evolving a core microservice within the Genesys Cloud platform. As a senior engineer on the Assignment team, you will own critical components of a highly available, event driven system and influence architectural direction across the platform. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders to deliver resilient, scalable solutions while expanding your impact through platform level initiatives, shared services, and mentorship.
