As a Senior Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a strong focus on React-based front-end development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with strong front-end or full-stack development experience.
Demonstrated experience developing applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and modern web application frameworks.
Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, web application architecture, responsive design, and front-end performance optimization.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL Server, relational databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance modern, scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript technologies.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and application architectures.
Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready code while adhering to engineering best practices.
Contribute to back-end development activities, including APIs, integrations, and data access solutions as needed.
Perform all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, reliability, and development standards.
Mentor junior developers and champion engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
