IRS CAS (Senior Software Developer/Operations Engineer) CIS O&M
About The Position
The candidate needs 5+ years of application-level production support for enterprise middleware and integration services, including IBM webMethods ESB and Java-based BRE/BRMG or comparable technologies. Experience should include REST/SOAP, XML/XSD/JSON, OpenShift/Linux, AppDynamics, ELK/Elastic Stack, ServiceNow incident support, production troubleshooting, RCA, release validation, failover/fallback, certificate/credential troubleshooting, consumer issue resolution, runbook updates, and 24x7 operational readiness. Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) Management Information System Support Services (MISSS). Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.
