KPI is equipment-agnostic, incorporating technologies like mobile robots, ASRS, AGVs, goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. With approximately 300 FTEs and $150m in revenue, KPI anticipates significant growth through organic and acquisitive activities. This position is for a highly skilled Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to join the development organization. The role involves building and integrating Java-based microservices within a modern enterprise architecture that includes Angular, SQL, and noSQL components. A key responsibility will be developing connectors for third-party controls vendors to ensure seamless communication between KPI's Warehouse Execution System (WES) and vendor-specific Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). The developer will participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and execution, collaborating with architects, product owners, QA, and other development teams. A strong understanding of microservices patterns, UI integration, and base frameworks is essential for developing connectors that align with the broader product vision.
