About The Position

We are currently seeking an ambitious, challenge-seeking Senior Software Developer to join a high-performing team focused on building a next-generation advertising platform. Instead of traditional banners, this innovative platform embeds products directly into visual, 3D, and computer vision experiences. Our client's technology is already used in 80+ countries by Fortune 500 companies (like Home Depot). As an early-stage initiative, you will play a key role in defining the system architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards from the ground up!

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building scalable systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems).
• Solid understanding of distributed system architecture focused on high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with our stack ( React, Python, Django ) is strongly preferred.
• AdTech/Programmatic Advertising experience is a strong plus (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, OpenRTB, Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, etc.), but not mandatory.
• A leadership mindset: you take initiative, raise the bar for quality, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and own core systems for the Ads platform end-to-end (from campaign management and targeting to real-time delivery and attribution).
• Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems capable of processing large volumes of events and data.
• Drive architectural decisions, establish scalable patterns, conduct design reviews, and mentor other engineers.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and partner teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to long-term platform vision, engineering best practices, and participate in hiring to grow a high-performing team.
