About The Position

This role supports the development, implementation, and ongoing health of the bank’s Separation of Duties program, aligning standards, controls, and procedures with NIST guidance. The position partners with IAM, risk, business, application, entitlement, and infrastructure stakeholders to manage access conflicts, mature processes, deliver SoD matrices, and configure policies in SailPoint.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• 4+ years of experience in working closely with lines of business across the organization to understand roles, entitlements, and toxic combinations
• 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery of separation of duties matrices
• 4+ years of experience executing Identity & Access Management controls and processes
• 2+ years of experience with using and configuring SoD policies in SailPoint
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security
• Practical experience working within a banking function, risk management, or audit

Responsibilities

• Assists in leading and executing SoD standards, controls, and procedures in alignment with the NIST framework
• Assists in leading development and implementation of process maturity
• Works with the Program Manager to deliver Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects and key deliverables
• Works closely with risk, application teams, application and entitlement owners, and infrastructure teams to identify, implement, and maintain Separation of Duties controls
• Other duties as assigned
