We’re not looking for a social media coordinator. We’re not looking for someone to “post three times a week.” And we’re definitely not looking for someone chasing trends, hoping something sticks. We’re building the most respected operator brand in Enterprise Ecommerce & Amazon 2P. We need someone who can translate real operator thinking into market influence. If building authority excites you more than going viral, keep reading. What This Role Actually Is This is a strategic authority-building role. You will take the thinking happening inside Neato, and turn it into content the market cannot ignore. You will be a public-facing personality that represents our brand. You will help make Neato the most credible voice in enterprise ecommerce. This is about influence inside the rooms that matter, not vanity reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing LinkedIn for a B2B company
  • Experience managing executive or founder personal brands
  • Strong writing instincts (tight, persuasive, operator-level tone)
  • On-camera experience
  • Independent execution capability
  • Have 5–8 years running social for a serious B2B brand
  • Have grown LinkedIn meaningfully, with proof
  • Understand how enterprise buyers think
  • Know the difference between engagement and influence
  • Are comfortable shaping founder voice
  • Can translate complex operational thinking into compelling content
  • Move fast without sacrificing clarity
  • Have strong opinions — and can defend them intelligently
  • Are chronically online (in a useful way)
  • Are comfortable on camera and actually enjoy being visible

  • Video editing or short-form production experience

Responsibilities

  • Own Neato’s public voice on social.
  • Primary: LinkedIn (70%)
  • Secondary: Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms (30%)
  • Shaping founder voice
  • Turning internal insights into sharp external positioning
  • Injecting Neato into the right industry conversations
  • Building community with decision-makers — not marketers
  • Build a consistent, high-signal LinkedIn publishing engine across founders and executives
  • Increase engagement quality from brand-side decision makers (not agencies)
  • Turn operator knowledge into authority content that warms real accounts
  • Support ABM efforts by creating content that targets brands actually see
  • Create repeatable formats that compound over time
  • Elevate Neato’s perception from “agency” to “operator partner.”
  • Build a serious YouTube content library that educates enterprise brands
  • Develop Instagram and TikTok content that humanizes Neato without diluting credibility
  • Build a visible community of ecommerce operators who actively engage with our POV
  • Conducting internal interviews and turning raw thinking into sharp LinkedIn posts
  • Publishing 5–7 executive-level LinkedIn posts per week
  • Publishing 3–5 short-form videos (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok)
  • Pulling founders and operators into content (even when they say they’re “too busy”)
  • Monitoring comments and engaging intelligently — no robotic replies
  • Repurposing insights into carousels, clips, or threads
  • Injecting Neato’s perspective into industry conversations (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Coordinating with Brand Marketing on PR amplification and case studies
  • Tracking what content attracts real operators — not other marketers
