About The Position

Accel Marketing Solutions is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable results for law firms. We provide highly targeted online advertising designed to increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive client acquisition in competitive legal markets. Our team works with law firms nationwide to execute data-driven strategies across social media, paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), search marketing, and AI-powered content creation. The focus is straightforward: consistent lead flow and scalable growth. We are building out our social media and paid social capabilities and are looking for experienced professionals who can take ownership of performance and execution across multiple accounts. We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to own both organic and paid social strategy and execution across multiple law firm clients. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns, along with overseeing content direction and ensuring performance targets are met. You should be comfortable operating independently and making decisions that impact results.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience is a must)
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (required), TikTok and/or LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience with law firms or professional services
• Experience scaling paid campaigns with significant budgets
• Background in ad creative strategy and testing
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts
• Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms
• Oversee and implement content production
• Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning
• Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts
• Track performance and continuously optimize based on data
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end
• Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling
• Lead creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversion
• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions
• Report on results and identify clear opportunities for improvement
