SAIC is seeking a Senior SIGINT Network Engineer to analyze and design ISR data flows, addressing latency, throughput, and synchronization issues. This role involves creating technical documentation, resolving data workflow bottlenecks, analyzing network protocols and configurations (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, QoS), and configuring network hardware and tools such as routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring systems. The engineer will develop integration strategies for ISR platforms, ensuring compliance with standards and implementing scalable ISR pipelines using edge computing and AI/ML models. Responsibilities also include translating operational concepts into technical requirements, authoring and reviewing architecture views, ICDs, SEPs, and TEMPs, and conducting trade studies. The role oversees ISR and SIGINT tools implementation, advises on AI/ML deployments, ensures CSfC compliance, and manages cross-domain information sharing. Additionally, the engineer will serve as a technical liaison with Army and IC entities, represent the government in relevant groups and boards, align Army intelligence requirements with emerging capabilities, and brief senior stakeholders on key deliverables.
