This position is contingent upon contract award This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Polygraph
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
- Proficiency in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Proficiency with SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
- Strong background and firsthand experience is required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools and databases, reporting and collection management.
- TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Polygraph
Nice To Haves
- Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and interface with partner intelligence organizations to prepare teams for enemy personnel exploitation, and produce post-screening analytical products and assessments in support of targeting efforts and threat analysis.
- Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable and drive the F3EAD targeting cycle.
- Apply advanced targeting skills and demonstrated experience in network targeting, identifying key individuals within networks, and uncovering vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle, including current data sources, tools, and techniques applicable to each phase.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and current analytical tools, databases, and intelligence and operational systems.
