SAIC is looking for an exceptional IT professional to join our Civilian Sector as a Senior ServiceNow Integrator in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating platform capabilities and module functionalities within the FAA ServiceNow environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the FAA through agile development practices, driving seamless integration of various systems and tools to optimize service.
