What you'll be responsible for: The ServiceNow developer will be implementing the improvements of the newly developed employee portal on the ServiceNow platform and enable integrations with other systems. We are looking for a solid ServiceNow portal developer with the ability to interface with various stakeholders around their requirements.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow Portal technology, EC, EC PRO, HRSD, workflow designer, and employee workflows
  • Worked in a regulated environment where security requirements are paramount
  • Expert in customizing the presentation layer of ServiceNow based on business needs and brand requirements.
  • Have integrated data from other tools into ServiceNow, like Workday, Slack, Confluence, etc..
  • 3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • ServiceNow Admin certification
  • Front end development frameworks like react.js and node.js
  • ServiceNow service portal experience

Nice To Haves

  • Worked at a SN partner where you were involved in implementing portals for several clients.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
  • A bachelor degree in a technical field like Computer Science or graduated from a technical bootcamp.

Responsibilities

  • Developing features for portal releases using Employee Center Pro
  • Implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities into employee workflows
  • Integrating data from other tools into ServiceNow
  • Enhancing performance of ServiceNow portal
  • Actively partnering with PM and stakeholders on implementation tradeoffs
  • Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to recommend best development approach
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow vendor on managing the Circle instance and upgrades
  • Establishing performance analytics and running reports periodically
