Our Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements. This developer will write and maintain scripts, create workflows, and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and SPM. They work closely with business analysts and other technical teams to ensure that the platform integrates smoothly with existing systems and processes. Additionally, this Sr. ServiceNow Developer performs tests, debugs, and ensures the platform's functionality aligns with user needs and organizational goals. Salary Range $115,000 ~ $130,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range. Hybrid Work Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters ( 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work Hybrid 3 days a week on a regular basis. As a secondary consideration, we do offer remote work in the following approved states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin If not regionally local to Madison, WI, frequent monthly travel to our WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Maintain detailed technical documentation for codes, configurations, and customizations. Have monitored system performance and implemented optimizations for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Like to ensure ServiceNow instances comply with best practices for security and maintainability. Would thrive serving as subject matter expert, assisting with platform upgrades and providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications post-deployment.
