About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong skills in CSM, HR, IOP, ITOM and Portal. (Customer apps a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Proven experience designing scalable solutions across multiple modules.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM; ITOM or SecOps a plus.
  • Ability to design scalable solutions that follow best practices.
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and development across CSM, HR, IOP, Portal, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Build user-friendly, scalable workflows that solve real business problems.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Create and enhance Service Portal experiences for a modern, intuitive user interface.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Share best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay ahead of ServiceNow updates and new features, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
