About The Position

As a Senior Service Technician at Kairoi Residential, you will be a problem-solving hero, a mentor to your team, and a guardian of our community's well-being. You will be the go-to expert for all things maintenance, ensuring that residents' homes are comfortable and functional. This role involves a dynamic blend of hands-on expertise, collaborative teamwork, and resident interaction, offering variety and the satisfaction of a job well done.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in apartment home repair.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
EPA and HVAC certifications are required.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
