Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in apartment home repair
  • Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • EPA and HVAC certifications are required
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
  • Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
