This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The Senior Service Supervisor role requires someone who can step in quickly, assess the situation, and take ownership of stabilizing operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of completing in-house repairs (vinyl plank replacement, door/frame repairs, etc.), have strong leadership experience managing a team of 5 and driving accountability, be highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, be familiar with Greystar standards, SOPs, and reporting expectations, have experience managing large work order backlogs and high-volume make readies, and be knowledgeable in handling more complex issues such as water intrusion and preventative maintenance planning. This position is for a 512-unit community.
