About The Position
Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working within ITIL-based environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- ITIL Service Management
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- SLA / KPI management
- Operational reporting
- Capacity and availability management
- Incident and problem management
- CMDB management
- Monitoring and observability solutions
- Continuous improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
- Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management.
- Organize service reviews and performance reporting.
- Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements.
- Manage dependencies between multiple service providers and technical teams.
- Ensure service documentation and CMDB accuracy.
