This role involves installing technical HVAC systems, navigating control setups, and troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers. Requirements

  • 8-10 years of commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience
  • Journeyperson Ticket
  • Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with customer-facing service, sales experience is an asset
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

Nice To Haves

  • Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset
  • Experience using Service Titan is an asset
  • Sales experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems.
  • Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components).
  • Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiency.
  • Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Assist technicians during service calls.
  • Support technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty calls.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites.
