About The Position

Our client is looking for a Senior Server Operating System Engineer. This is a full-time position located at Offutt AFB, NE, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance. Engineers will be filling the Systems Requirements Planner role.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as an IT Systems Engineer (SE).
• Documented experience supporting SE Processes and associated Technical Processes.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security + (formerly CASP+), GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA), GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), or Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP).
• Experience with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Identity and Access Management (IDAM), DNS integration, and MFA integration.
• For Windows Server specialization: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) experience.
• For RHEL specialization: Redhat Satellite Server, Redhat Ansible Automation Platform, and Redhat Identity Manager experience.
• An active intermediate or higher certification with Microsoft Server or Redhat Linux.

Responsibilities

• Support Systems Engineering Processes and associated Technical Processes.
• Fulfill the Systems Requirements Planner role.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or later, Redhat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 or later, and Linux-variant appliances.
• Integrate Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Identity and Access Management (IDAM), DNS, and MFA.
• For Windows Server specialization: Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Windows Server Update Service (WSUS).
• For RHEL specialization: Manage Redhat Satellite Server, Redhat Ansible Automation Platform, and Redhat Identity Manager.
