About The Position

We are looking for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about SEO to join our team in Atlanta This is a mid/senior-level position suited for a well-rounded SEO, experienced in technical and on-page SEO. The successful candidate will be a fantastic people-person who can distill complex SEO issues into meaningful, business orientated actions for their clients. The overall purpose of this role is to support the VP SEO and lead the SEO Managers and Executives in implementing SEO strategy for key clients. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of SEO scopes for our clients, using both internal resource and our network of specialists, in order to achieve client business objectives and targets. You will be responsible for the effective implementation of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) in order to achieve client’s annual business objectives and targets. Requirements

  • Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable in-depth experience in Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrable in-depth experience in SEO advertising
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Highly organised and an ability to multi-task
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Extensive knowledge of using Google's suite of cloud based tools; Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Present etc.
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of functions and ability to manipulate data en masse
  • Hard working team player with the desire to work as part of a dynamic and friendly team and grow our SEO proposition
  • Good communication skills - the ability to convey an idea with confidence
  • Experience in technical and on-page SEO
  • Love the world of technology and the possibilities tech brings the world
  • Run many of your own websites and understand the complexities of Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with another modern programming language like Python, Ruby or R
  • Manipulating data is what makes you tick - the world of APIs and SQL databases fascinates you
  • Live for Excel and confidently understand complex formulas, macros and pivot tables

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing delivery and growth for clients.

  • Implement client Account Development Plans (ADPs) in order to achieve client’s annual business objectives and targets.
  • Lead the SEO Managers and Executives in implementing SEO strategy for key clients.
  • Solve complex SEO challenges relating to crawling and indexing.
  • Interact with the SEO community across online and offline areas.
  • Speak at events and teach the value of SEO.
  • Write content for industry-leading publications and share thoughts about the industry.
  • Manipulate data using APIs and SQL databases.
  • Use Excel confidently with complex formulas, macros and pivot tables.
  • Build charts and decks that tell a story.
  • Manage large teams of people and find talent in the SEO space.
  • Work with wider teams (Content, PPC, Paid Social) in finding new solutions for clients that break marketing silos.
  • Build decks and present ideas to new business prospects to assist in growing department revenue.
  • Lead client calls; discussing key projects and their progress and diplomatically handling any hurdles to achieving goals.
