The Senior Security Supervisor oversees event and shift-level security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, contractors, vendors, and guests at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC). This position leads event security operations including ingress, egress, crowd management, life-safety response, emergency incidents, and contractor oversight while partnering with event security providers, EMS personnel, and public safety agencies including LAPD and LAFD. The Senior Security Supervisor provides operational support to the Assistant Security Manager, Security Manager, Senior Security Manager, and Vice President of Security by overseeing major events, supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) requirements, and enforcing Legends Global and LACC policies and procedures. This position serves as a mentor and trainer for newly hired and promoted supervisors, reviews incident reports for accuracy and completeness, and may represent security leadership during meetings or operational briefings when management is unavailable.
