Requirements

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company
Confidential Investigations: Knowledge of the concepts, methods and tools used in confidential investigation; ability to implement confidential investigation and resolution processes concerning harassment complaints
Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to various kinds of risks; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
Crisis Management: Knowledge of crisis management concepts and techniques; ability to predict, avert, mitigate, and recover from an event that has or could have a severely negative impact on the business.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Collecting investigative facts as directed by the Chief Legal Officer, analyzing intelligence and forensic data within the scope of the investigation
Executing interviews and investigative strategies; seeking legal collaboration, and approvals as required, for investigative steps
Ensuring attorney client privilege, confidentiality and prompt collection of facts
Documenting facts objectively, concisely, and promptly to support legal analysis
