The operational need to add members to our support staff will continue to enable robust solutions in the IT Service and Support framework. The position supports both the active contracts as well as new contract support requests in facilitation of business capture, operations, and new technology insertion. Close relationship building with the customers ensures operational readiness and compliance. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced IT and security professional who will support networking, physical and virtual computing infrastructure, threat detection tools, system monitoring, incident response, and secure technology integration. In this multifaceted position, you will manage systems administration, security operations, compliance activities, and user administration in coordination with ISSOs and ISSMs. Responsibilities include system integration, configuration, deployment, remediation, and ongoing operations. This position is onsite 5 days per week at the posted location(s) only. No relocation assistance is provided.
