About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Security Developer to join our team, and play a pivotal role in transforming how we manage vulnerabilities and enhance cyber security operations. This role is perfect for someone who driven by curiosity, with a deep understanding of security automation, AI/ML technologies and vulnerability management. As a Senior Security Developer, you will work on cutting edge projects that leverage automation and AI to streamline processes, identify vulnerabilities, reduce false positives and improve observability and controls.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise in Security Automation: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing automated solutions for vulnerability management, including notifications, escalations, and exception handling.
  • 3+ years of experience with scripting and automation tools ( Python, SQL, Airflow, Agent SDK).
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tools (GitHub Actions).
  • 3+ years working with programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL. With strong ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
  • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to deploy TypeScript-based microservices
  • Experience integrating TypeScript with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and tools ( AWS, Azure, GCP, Aqua Security, Wiz).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building agentic workflows with Langgraph
  • Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into security workflows, such as text-to-SQL capabilities and AI-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Snyk, Aqua) and processes.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, GCIH, CEH).
  • Experience with SRE observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) and their integration into workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Expand Vulnerability AI and Automation Capabilities: Build and enhance automated notification and escalation systems for vulnerabilities to ensure timely remediation and compliance.
  • Create and refine automation for vulnerability processes to streamline and reduce manual effort.
  • Enhance Observability and Controls: Develop and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) observability solutions to monitor and enforce vulnerability management controls.
  • Improve visibility into vulnerability management processes to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
  • Integrate AI/LLM Capabilities: Build and optimize an enterprise grade AI powered vulnerability scanning capability.
  • Incorporate large language model (LLM) insights into vulnerability reporting and notifications to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AppSec, DevOps, security and infrastructure teams to integrate automation and AI solutions into existing workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest advancements in AI, ML, and security automation to enhance vulnerability management processes.
