About The Position

This is a contract role for a Senior Scrum Master (SAFe) with a duration of 6+ months. The position requires the candidate to be onsite 1 to 2 days per week in either Boston, MA or Lawrence, MA, and must be local to these areas.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a Scrum Master role, Product Management role, or Product Engineering role.
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge and use of an agile tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne).
• Background in agile delivery, project management, engineering, or product management.
• Experience leveraging a Scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe or any other framework) for PI Planning.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA or any other agile platform (Rally, Version 1, or any other enterprise platform).
• Ability to work across functional groups.
• Must be local to Boston, MA or Lawrence, MA.
• Must be able to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week in Boston, MA or Lawrence, MA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and events.
• Coach and mentor agile teams.
• Remove impediments for the team.
• Promote agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• Participate in PI Planning and other Scaled Agile Framework events.
