Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in chemistry, biology, engineering or related field with 2+ years’ experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in standard computer and data‑handling tools
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, effective presentations and maintain strong organization and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a practical, solution‑oriented approach
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

  • Experience in the development of hair care and/or skin care products is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of innovative hair care products with minimal supervision, serving as a technical expert for assigned brands
  • Drive end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Apply latest formulation technologies, raw materials, and testing methods to improve product performance and speed to market
  • Present technical data and project updates; support regulatory, claims, and patent activities through robust documentation
  • Provide manufacturing and quality support, including trials and analytical testing
  • Mentor junior scientists and promote modern, efficient ways of working
  • Leverage digital tools, data systems, and predictive approaches to improve formulation efficiency and reduce development cycles
