Requirements

In-depth knowledge in a specialized technology area and focused applications.
In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technology discipline.
Understanding of products and competencies across a business segment.
Experience in Metallurgy.
PhD

Responsibilities

Completing complex experiments requiring interpretation and analysis.
Formulating programs and creating solutions for customers and other stakeholders.
Leading formulation development, project management, and commercialization of materials.
Guiding, training, and developing others, leading teams and coaching colleagues to solve complex problems.
Leading and/or contributing to multiple projects to develop solutions, drive business adoption of technology and meet customer needs.
Leading specific technical segments in larger R&D programs.
Suggesting/creating innovations, applying tested ideas or methods from other areas.
Solving complex problems independently; taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
