About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist – Real World Data to support innovation across Human Nutrition & Care. This role combines expertise in real-world human datasets, epidemiology, multi-omics analytics, and systems biology to generate scientific insights that inform ingredient discovery, biomarker identification, healthy aging research, and evidence generation. The successful candidate will leverage large-scale cohort studies, observational datasets, biobanks, microbiome studies, and molecular datasets to uncover relationships between nutrition, biology, and health outcomes. By integrating human population data with molecular insights, this senior scientist will help advance scientific understanding and strengthen the foundation and pipeline of nutrition and health solutions.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Epidemiology, Systems Biology, Nutrition Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of post-doctoral experience working in human health, nutrition, biomedical, or population-scale datasets.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering impactful insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/R
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale human cohort, observational, biobank, or real-world datasets
  • Deep understanding of Multi-omics analysis (Genomics, Transcriptomics, Metabolomics, Metagenomics), Epidemiology, Target discovery, Biomarker discovery
  • Experience with data harmonization and integration across diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale human datasets including public databases, observational cohorts, biobanks, national health surveys, and real-world evidence sources.
  • Evaluate relationships between food, dietary supplements, biological markers, and health outcomes, to support target and biomarker discovery.
  • Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and external collaborations.
  • Work closely with data scientists, study directors, nutrition scientists, microbiome scientists, and innovation teams.
  • Communicate scientific findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external academic institutions, research consortia, and industry partners.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, datasets, and analytical approaches relevant to human health and nutrition.
