Develop pre-construction and construction job schedules to maintain timely and profitable job completion. This role involves using company-approved computer scheduling systems to develop pre-construction proposal/bid schedules, assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in developing master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and updating schedules. The Senior Scheduler will also perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims, assist in claims preparation and analysis, develop scheduling department procedures, train field personnel in scheduling procedures, and prepare “as built” schedules. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
