We are hiring ambitious and forward-thinking team members in the Planning and Scheduling service line to work with our growing team. You are an experienced Senior Scheduler with 8+ years’ experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You’re motivated to join a growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing comprehensive scheduling services, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in scheduling large-scale and complex projects and programs, particularly in the energy sector.
  • Recognized degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Detailed knowledge of scheduling software including Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior project stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • AACE, PMI qualifications is an asset
  • Experience across complex portfolios and programs beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and govern integrated Primavera P6 project schedules covering multi‑phase execution activities.
  • Maintain schedule integrity, logic, baselines, and change control in alignment with established Project Controls standards.
  • Implement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures.
  • Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan on regular time interval and provide forward looking strategies to mitigate variances.
  • Actively communicate and collaborate with other project disciplines.
  • Support alignment between cost, schedule, and scope to enable effective performance measurement.
  • Support weekly and monthly schedule reporting, including progress updates, variance analysis, critical‑path review, and look‑ahead planning.
