  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods; frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, and communication devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
  • Occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Travel to customer and project sites, including occasional international travel, as business needs require.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid passport.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience with SEL RTAC platforms, including configuration, programming, and commissioning.
  • Experience developing, configuring, and commissioning PPC systems.
  • Familiarity with inverter controls, power plant controllers, telemetry, plant-level monitoring, and grid integration requirements.
  • Experience working with ISOs, RTOs, transmission operators, or generator operators.
  • Familiarity with CAISO and ERCOT requirements and renewable energy plant compliance.
  • Experience developing and executing FAT/SAT procedures, commissioning plans, and technical acceptance testing.
  • Experience with data historians, HMI development, industrial networking, and integration of field devices across multiple manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, programming, implementation, and commissioning of SCADA and PPC solutions for utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.
  • Configure and program Ignition SCADA applications, including HMIs, SCADA servers, data historians, and associated control system components.
