  • Proven track record supporting at least one major ECC-to-S/4HANA migration project, alongside expert-level SAP HANA database administration skills.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and administering SAP BTP environments, managing subaccounts, and configuring secure Cloud Connectors for hybrid landscapes.
  • Prior experience supporting highly critical, 24/7 manufacturing landscapes where system downtime immediately impacts plant-floor operations.
  • Deep knowledge of STMS (SAP Transport Management System), ChaRM, and deploying transport configurations across complex, multi-tiered global development tracks.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills under high-pressure, zero-downtime manufacturing conditions.

  • Lead the technical (BASIS and/or Netweaver) side execution of migrating from ECC to S/4HANA, including the setup, configuration, and security routing of SAP BTP Cloud Connectors.
  • Configure and maintain high-volume, real-time middleware connectivity (RFC destinations, ALE/IDoc ports, OData gateway configurations) linking the ERP core to the shop-floor MII/ME layers (excluding SCADA).
  • Monitor and optimize memory management, database performance (SAP HANA and SQL Server), work processes, and JVM settings to eliminate latency in manufacturing data transfers.
  • Implement strict security hardening, encryption protocols, and user authorization controls across all layers to comply with A&D standards (ITAR, EAR, NIST, and data residency laws between the US and Mexico).
