About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead – SAP Central Finance (CFIN) to drive testing strategy, planning, and execution for a large-scale finance transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing defects and test execution, and providing leadership throughout the testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong test management experience, a proven track record leading complex enterprise testing programs, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Significant experience leading testing workstreams within large-scale ERP, finance transformation, or SAP implementation programs.
Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (MUST HAVE)
Proven ability to manage end-to-end testing activities, including planning, execution oversight, defect management, and reporting.
Experience creating and managing test scenarios, test scripts, and testing documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience driving issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
Background supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, or SAP finance programs.
Experience coordinating testing activities involving data migration, integrations, and cutover readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall testing strategy and execution for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) initiatives, including: Functional testing, Integration testing, Data migration testing, Security testing, Test scenario and script creation
Develop comprehensive test plans, schedules, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery of testing milestones.
Oversee test execution activities across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with broader program activities, including data mapping and cutover planning.
Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive incident and defect management processes from identification through resolution.
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve finance-related issues.
Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) related to testing and defect resolution.
Establish and track testing KPIs and metrics, providing regular status reporting and executive-level updates on testing progress, risks, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure testing readiness and successful business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
