About The Position

We are looking for a Senior SAP FIORI Developer Consultant to join our digital transformation team and support global SAP initiatives for leading clients in the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FIORI/UI5 development, SAP BTP technologies, and integration with SAP backend systems, combined with excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deliver modern, user-centric SAP applications aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FIORI/SAPUI5 development
• Strong experience with: SAPUI5 JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 XML Views
• Experience developing and consuming OData services
• Strong understanding of SAP Gateway and REST-based integrations
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of CDS Views and RAP model
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD practices
• Experience working in agile delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP FIORI/UI5 applications based on business requirements
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using SAPUI5, FIORI Elements, and JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway and ABAP CDS Views
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams across modules such as S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, or Finance
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, and validation requirements in regulated environments
• Support integrations with SAP BTP and other SAP technologies
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and solution design
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams in agile project environments
