Senior SAP BTP / CAP Full-Stack Engineer
About The Position
This role involves building and deploying applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, developing backend services using SAP CAP, Node.js/TypeScript, and building modern React UX. The engineer will design HANA Cloud persistence, develop secure REST/OData APIs, and configure BTP services. Integration with SAP IBP and S/4HANA is a key aspect, along with implementing specific functionalities like planner approval and controlled sandbox execution. The role also requires capturing audit trails and performing read-back and reconciliation after transactions. Additionally, the candidate should be a quick learner, self-driven, capable of interacting with business users, and able to plan and prioritize work effectively in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills and active participation in cross-functional teams are essential.

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
- Develop backend services using SAP CAP, Node.js/TypeScript.
- Build/assist modern React UX rather than conventional Fiori-only screens.
- Design HANA Cloud persistence and canonical data models.
- Develop secure REST/OData APIs and agent tools.
- Configure/use BTP Destinations, authentication, connectivity and service bindings.
- Integrate BTP with SAP IBP and S/4HANA.
- Implement planner approval and controlled sandbox execution.
- Capture agent runs, tool calls, recommendations, approvals and execution audit.
- Implement actual SAP read-back and reconciliation after a transaction.
