Veloz is seeking a Senior Salesforce System Administrator to manage, optimize and support a federal Salesforce Center of Innovation (CoI) as the Platform Support Lead. The COI comprises of over 50 applications across 10 organizations. The ideal candidate will play a multifaceted role and be responsible for user management, system configurations, reporting, SecDevOps monitoring and ITIL-aligned incident management and platform support. This role will ensure cohesiveness between all Tiers and manage the day-to-day operations of services, including incident, service requests, and end-user support. This key role will ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform, providing essential support to various application development teams, and maintaining data integrity and system efficiency. A core part of this role involves managing incoming support requests and meeting established SLAs for incident resolution. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance. U.S Citizenship is required. Salary will be based on the number of years of experience.
