Requirements

6+ years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.

Responsibilities

Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and other platform capabilities (including third party integration tools).
Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
Evaluate Jira Story requirements and translate them into sustainable technical designs.
Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
Develop complex Apex methods, Lightning Web Components, and flows.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide thought leadership around release management and DevOps practices across environments.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical coaching.
Harden development standards, code review processes, and recommend engineering best practices.
Serve as a technical escalation point for complex production issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.
Partner with product managers, architects, business analysts, and leadership teams.
Provide effort estimates, technical roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security standards.
Implement and maintain role hierarchies, sharing models, and permission frameworks.
Guide platform governance, technical debt reduction, and release strategies.
