About The Position

The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for independently developing and consistently redesigning/refactoring a product to adapt to our customers and Associates' needs. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team with engineers of all experience levels who help each other build and grow technical and leadership skills while creating, deploying, and supporting production applications. In addition, Sr. Software Engineers may be involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring as well as mentoring less experienced engineers.

Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
3 years of relevant work experience
Experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Javascript/Typescript frameworks
Experience with an object-oriented programming language (preferably Salesforce Apex)
Experience with Relational or noSQL database technology
Experience with Salesforce Object Model, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with cloud computing techniques
Experience with CI/CD tools
Experience with modern software design patterns
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
Experience with Ad Tech automation of ad sales and campaign activation processes using Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication, including Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive and performance tests
Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques
Experience with version control system (Git-based)
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
