About The Position

Spectrum One is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to take ownership of a critical, long-term public sector initiative. This role is designed for a highly autonomous practitioner whose primary mission is two-fold: successfully driving a platform go-live and executing a comprehensive knowledge transfer to transition ownership from our implementation team. Following the transition, you will be the primary technical owner sustaining and evolving the solution for the next three years. We operate a high-impact, senior-only engagement model where our practitioners combine deep technical expertise with the professional maturity of a lead consultant.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • Strong focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of self-management and comfortable working in an environment where outcomes are measured by delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly preferred.
  • A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year horizon.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform independently.
  • Act as the primary problem solver and long-term steward of the technical architecture.
  • Troubleshoot platform limitations, resolve deployment blockers, and ensure high-quality delivery for immediate project needs and a three-year sustainment lifecycle.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of platform ownership before and after go-live through meticulous planning and execution of knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Build capability among stakeholders and inheriting team members to understand, manage, and scale the solution.
  • Maintain rigorous operational hygiene, including real-time billable time entry, ticket documentation, and comprehensive project artifacts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to define solutions while managing information flow to ensure leadership and clients are aligned on status and risk.
  • Provide proactive status updates, risk flags, and blocker notifications to stakeholders.
