About The Position

First International Bank and Trust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator, to serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. Youll drive platform innovation, ensure data integrity, and empower cross-functional teams with scalable solutions that support long-term growth.

Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent experience in banking, marketing, or computer science preferred.
5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications preferred.
Experience with data tools (DemandTools, Data Loader) and third-party integrations (Appexchange, Mulesoft).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data architecture, and system integrations.
Strong strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
Agile project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead administration and optimization of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and maintain the Salesforce roadmap.
Design scalable solutions aligned with banking systems and digital products.
Ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce as the Single Source of Truth (SSoT).
Support agile project planning and participate in sprint ceremonies.
Promote adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
Evaluate new Salesforce features to enhance user experience.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
