About The Position

Join Datasite—the technology engine behind the world’s M&A deals—as we elevate the Salesforce platform to new heights. You’ll be part of a high-performing global team shaping the tools, data, and workflows that power sales, revenue, and operational excellence across the enterprise. We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the design, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud—ensuring robust, efficient, and secure lead-to-cash processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Billing and Product to build automations, improve data governance, and streamline operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environment
  • Proven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
  • Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line reps
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths—knows how to balance speed with sustainability
  • Familiarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organization

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs and support cross-functional workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders—translating business requirements into actionable platform solutions.
  • Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices.
  • Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges and resolve with empathetic, structured solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules, deduplication tools, and data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers across the tech and business organization to align on priorities and execute efficiently.
