About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a senior-level contributor responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling Love’s Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. This role delivers a stable, scalable, and secure Salesforce platform that supports sales operations, enhances user experience, and enables data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Advanced Salesforce configuration and administration expertise
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access models
  • Expertise in reporting, dashboards, flow, and automation design
  • Strong data modeling and data quality management skills
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Gearset
  • Ability to recommend and enforce Salesforce and industry best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and documentation discipline
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce operations to ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and business processes
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, and automations supporting sales operations and leadership insights
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce seasonal releases and platform updates
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, automation, and integrations
  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Implement and enforce Salesforce best practices for configuration, automation, security, and data governance
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities across environments
  • Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation
  • Train and support users on new features, enhancements, and process changes
  • Leverage AI-powered Salesforce capabilities to automate workflows, enhance insights, and improve productivity
  • Contribute to broader team and enterprise initiatives as needed
