Availity is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Solutions Engineer to support the growth of our Healthcare IT (HIT) vertical. In this role, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sales to lead technical discovery, translate complex business requirements into well-defined solutions, and deliver polished, consultative demonstrations for sophisticated, technology-driven organizations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience within a SaaS environment, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders through clear documentation and thoughtful guidance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery, while also helping to elevate team practices through coaching and the application of proven approaches from other industries.
