Requirements

  • Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in the commercial area with proven track record selling value (negotiating and closing deals).
  • Experience leading multifunctional teams through influence.
  • Financial skills: understand P&L drivers & pricing.
  • Health care sector experience is a plus.
  • Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory).
  • A valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Bilingual: Professional English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Drive clinical adoption, procedure growth, portfolio utilization and market share expansion across assigned accounts.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and objectives at all levels—clinical and non-clinical—to deliver tailored EP solutions.
  • Support priority cases, technology launches and strategic accounts, particularly during early adoption and complex procedures.
  • Translate clinical and economic value into effective presentations, demonstrations and customer discussions that drive adoption.
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial content for tenders, ensuring best-in-class submissions and ongoing management throughout the tender life cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrophysiologists, EP labs, hospital stakeholders and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional EP teams to ensure aligned execution of franchise strategies and product launches.
  • Maintain disciplined, data‑driven pipeline management and account visibility, using available analytics to prioritize HCPs, opportunities and growth actions.
  • Contribute to market development initiatives that increase procedure volume and strengthen competitive positioning, leveraging customer insights, market trends and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by executing territory and account plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Review and ensure contract compliance and/or adherence
  • Coordinates product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences, and outside symposiums.
  • Maintains knowledge on product information, best practices and technical troubleshooting in order to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  • Reviews consumer analytics and market trends to help develop data-driven strategies to grow sales and improve customer retention.
  • Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.
  • Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input.
  • Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
  • Communicate business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Ensure personnel and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed.

Benefits

  • This is a newly created position with an initial target compensation mix of 80% base salary / 20% incentive compensation. As the role, business scope, and overall EP market mature, the compensation mix is expected to evolve over time toward 60% base salary / 40% incentive compensation, aligning with the compensation structure of comparable PR and Regional Sales Representative roles.
