About The Position
Great Lakes Home Remodeling has been a trusted leader in premium exterior home solutions for over two decades. We are seeking an elite Senior Sales Representative who is ready to step into a high-volume, high-reward environment. If you are a proven closer who is tired of cold calling, buying your own leads, or dealing with the instability of 1099 contractor roles, this is your destination. Our dedicated in-house marketing and outreach teams do the heavy lifting to fill your schedule with highly qualified, pre-set appointments. Your only focus is to travel to the home, consult with the customer, and close the deal on our premium roofing, siding, and replacement window solutions.
Requirements
- A proven track record of success in direct sales, in-home closing, or high-ticket consumer sales (experience in exterior remodeling, roofing, or siding is a massive advantage).
- A highly competitive drive with the ability to confidently ask for the business and navigate objections.
- The ability to build instant rapport, establish trust, and clearly present complex financing options to homeowners.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the willingness to travel locally to daily appointments, including some evenings or weekends as scheduling demands.

Responsibilities
- Travel locally to pre-scheduled, in-home appointments within your designated market territory.
- Conduct engaging, consultative presentations that educate homeowners on our premium remodeling products and identify their specific needs.
- Provide on-the-spot pricing, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close contracts on the same day.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, update project statuses, and track outcomes within our internal CRM system.
