The Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst is a key member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for driving accuracy, consistency, and insight in sales reporting across teams and internal systems. This role combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales KPIs, territory and account design, and sales compensation. You will own and improve core sales reporting, operationalize account and territory assignments, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. You will also partner closely with our CRM administration and Analytics/FP&A teams to ensure our data, dashboards, and compensation-related reporting are reliable and scalable.
